I am currently working in Croatia as Head of Department at Karaka Restaurant in Osijek. I have professional experience as a Pizza Master at Aminess Hotel in Novigrad and Realto Restaurant in Poreč, as well as experience as a chef in India.
My main skills include pizza dough preparation, sauces, toppings, pizza production, kitchen organization, food safety and team coordination.
